When picking-up at Will Call, please have your Order Confirmation (either printed or digital -- on your phone is fine) as well as a Valid Photo ID that matches the name associated with the order -- you'll need to present them to Box Office staff in order to redeem your wristband. If you're picking=up a wristband at Will Call that was purchased for you as a gift, please have a photocopy of the original buyer's Photo ID or ask the original buyer to follow the steps outlined in this guide.
If you purchased a Shuttle Pass after 12/7 and did not receive your Shuttle wristband in the mail, you can still ride the shuttle to the festival on day of show with proof of purchase (printed or digital order confirmation). Please Note: You MUST stop by the Festival Box Office on your way into the festival to redeem your Shuttle Wristband as YOU WILL NOT be able to ride the shuttle home without a wristband. Shuttle and Parking passes will be available for purchase both on-line and at the Box Office during the entirety of the festival. The Box Office is credit card only.
If you requested a replacement wristband, your new wristband will be waiting for you at the Festival Box Office. Please have your Order Confirmation (either printed or digital -- on your phone is fine) as well as a Valid Photo ID that matches the name associated with your order readily available. You'll need to present them to Box Office staff in order to request a replacement. Please Note: There is a required $25.00 fee for all wristband replacements. Only one replacement wristband is allocated per order.
If you purchased a ticket through a third party supplier and there is an issue with your wristband, there is very little / nothing our Box Office staff can do to assist you. Please have the original purchasers contact information readily available.
