3-DAY SHUTTLE
The SnowGlobe Shuttle returns for 2017, providing safe and affordable transportation to-and-from the festival for all 3 days of the event. We've heard all your feedback and have worked with the city to come up with an alternative shuttle route to service each corner of South Lake Tahoe. The Blue Line will head towards Stateline, while The Yellow Line will run the opposite direction toward Emerald Bay.
Blue Line Buses will be running from the South Lake Tahoe Transit Center [4114 Lake Tahoe Blvd.] -- conveniently located in walking distance to a number of hotels and resorts at Stateline.
Yellow Line Buses will be running from the South Y Transit Center [100 Emerald Bay Road] -- running the opposite direction from the Blue Line.
Our top priority is decreasing the overall wait time at both pick-up and drop-off so you're out of the cold and safely on your way. Buses will be running periodically (about every 30 minutes) during festival hours, so you'll be able to catch a ride to-and-from the festival whenever's comfortable for you.
SHUTTLE HOURS
Blue & Yellow Line Shuttles will be running periodically (about every 30 minutes) during the following hours:
The Blue Line Shuttles will run on a loop from the South Lake Tahoe Transit Center (4114 Lake Tahoe Blvd) to the SnowGlobe Music Festival Entrance (1 College Way).
The Yellow Shuttle Route will run on a loop from the South Y Transit Center (100 Emerald Bay Road) to the SnowGlobe Music Festival Entrance (1 College Way). Upon pick-up, please specify which line you're looking to ride.
OFF-SITE
DAILY PARKING
Making the drive up to South Lake Tahoe? Prefer to drive yourself instead of riding the shuttle? The South Tahoe Middle School [2940 Lake Tahoe Blvd] has once again generously offered a number of parking spots for SnowGlobe attendees. Conveniently located in close proximity to the festival (~10 minute walk), these parking spots are ideal for the attendee who prefers transportation flexibility. Single Day and 3 Day parking options are both available.
When you arrive at the parking lot, a SnowGlobe staff member will check your order confirmation (please have readily available -- print or phone is fine) and provide you with a tag to hang from your rearview mirror. DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR IN THIS LOT WITHOUT A HANG TAG -- YOUR CAR WILL BE TOWED.
Spaces are limited! So if you haven't figured out your transportation plan and are looking for a solution, act now!
PLEASE NOTE: These are NOT overnight spots! You'll need to move your car at the end of each festival day. Due to the potential for snowfall and the logistical / safety issues it poses, cars WILL BE TOWED [at the owner's expense] if not moved before the closing hours listed below.
