• SNOWGLOBE WRISTBAND 101 

- Your wristband grants you access to SNOWGLOBE 2019.

- Your wristband can’t be removed or loosened once you put it on.

- You shouldn’t put on your wristband until you are on your way to SnowGlobe, since it must remain on your wrist at all times until you are departing the festival at the end of the event. 

- Your wristbands must be on and secured as you approach the festival.

• I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY TICKET ...

• WHERE IS MY WRISTBAND? WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

You can find estimated shipment and delivery dates along with other tracking information from the TICKETS page in your Eventbrite account. 


If you purchase any tickets after 12/11, you'll no longer be eligible to have your wristband shipped in advance of the event. 


Please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email, the PDF for your ticket, and a photo ID that matches the name associated with the order.

• HOW CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

You can update your shipping address on the TICKETS page until EOD 12/11. If you aren't available at the shipping address you provided and don't have a different address,

you can cancel the shipment and pick up your replacement wristband at the event in Will Call. 


If you can't receive the package after it's been shipped to the provided address, please proceed to Will Call with a copy of your original order confirmation email,

the PDF for your ticket, and a photo ID. 


In all cases, shipping fees are non-refundable.


NOTE: If your shipping address is wrong when shipping begins, you'll need to pick up your wristband at Will Call.

The original order confirmation email and a photo ID may be required for wristband pick-up.

• WHAT DO I DO IF MY WRISTBAND IS LOST / STOLEN / INCORRECT / DAMAGED? 

If you haven't received your wristband yet, take a look at your TICKETS page for estimated shipping and delivery dates.


If your wristband is marked as "delivered" but you never received it or if it’s been lost or stolen,

you can deactivate your original wristband and request a replacement wristband to pick up at the event from Will Call:


  1. From the Tickets page in your Eventbrite account, find your order, select "Manage Wristband," then choose "Deactivate wristband." 

  2. Once the wristband is deactivated, you can pick up your replacement wristband(s) at Will Call. Click Here For Detailed Instructions. 

It’s important to know that we can not reship any orders and that shipping fees are non-refundable. Wristband replacement fees may apply.

TIP: Did you buy your ticket after 12/11 shipping cutoff? No problem—you can confirm Will Call pick-up on your TICKETS page too.

• I BOUGHT MY TICKET AFTER 12/11 -- WHAT DO I DO?

All tickets purchased after 12/11 will not be shipped in advance of the event and MUST be picked up at Will Call at either the off-site or Festival Box Office. Not sure if this applies to your order? If your ticket has the word (PDF) at the start of its name it will be waiting for you at the Box Office.

• WHERE IS THE BOX OFFICE AND WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

The primary Festival Box Office is located just outside of the festival entrance / right at the SnowGlobe Shuttle drop-off.


Coming into South Lake Tahoe early and need to grab your ticket? Stop by our OFF-SITE BOX OFFICE at LAKE TAHOE ALEWORX to pick up your wristbands before the festival. All the services you know from our standard Box Office are available -- including Will Call pick-up, Guest List pick-up and all customer services related inquiries. 


The Off-Site Box Office is located at the Y location of LAKE TAHOE ALEXWORX: 2050 Lake Tahoe Blvd Suite #2050, South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

NOTE: If you purchased a ticket after the wristband shipment cut-off, we'll automatically send you a reminder about the Off-Site Box Office location on 12/27.

• I'M PICKING UP MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL / GUEST LIST -- WHAT WILL I NEED?

Please bring your order confirmation (sent to you by e-mail from Eventbrite) along with a valid photo ID.

PLEASE ENSURE that the name on the order matches the name on the photo ID.

• I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR MY SON/DAUGHTER/WIFE/HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND/DOG/FRENEMY --

DOES THE TICKET HAVE TO BE UNDER THEIR NAME? 

Nope! Provided the true recipient of the ticket can pick it up from the shipping address you listed on your order, you're all set!


Once you receive the wristband in the mail, it will come with instructions on how to register it to their name, so whatever's listed on the shipping label ultimately doesn't matter.

• I'M PICKING UP MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL -- BUT THEY INCLUDE A SHUTTLE. CAN I RIDE IT WITHOUT A WRISTBAND?

Yes! You'll be able to ride the shuttle to the festival as long as you have proof of purchase (i.e the confirmation that was sent to you from Eventbrite) to show our staff. Once you arrive at the festival, stop by the Box Office to grab your wristband ASAP as you won't be able to ride the shuttle home without it!

• I'M COMING TO THE FESTIVAL FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY... WILL SHIPPING BE AN ISSUE?

To avoid any issues with international shipping, we'll be keeping all international orders at Box Office will-call. Our ticketing provider will send you an e-mail outlining the procedure as the festival approaches. If you have more specific questions, please reach out to Eventbrite directly. 

• I BOUGHT A 3-DAY PASS ... WILL I RECEIVE 3 DIFFERENT WRISTBANDS?

Nope! You'll receive one wristband that's good for all 3-days. 

• CAN I SHOWER WITH MY WRISTBAND?

Yes.

• HOW DO I PUT MY WRISTBAND ON?

*REMEMBER! We don't suggest putting on your wristband until you're on your way to the festival!


  1. Find a friend! You only get one shot at this so we recommend an extra hand to help .

  2. Put it on your wrist. 

  3. Use the one finger rule! The wristband should be snug enough that no more than one finger can fit between the band and your wrist.

  4. Slide the closure towards your wrist to tighten. Hold the loose ends when sliding. The closure slides one-way and cannot be loosened.

  5. Do NOT cut the loose ends.

• WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH SINGLE DAY TICKETS & THE SHUTTLE?

All single day tickets come with complimentary access to the SNOWGLOBE SHUTTLE for that day.

**PLEASE NOTE: This is access to the SnowGlobe Shuttle -- Not our Long Distance Shuttle.


Your 12/29, 12/30, or 12/31 wristband will get you both on the shuttle and into the festival. One wristband for both SnowGlobe Shuttle access and admission.

• I BOUGHT A TICKET BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND ... CAN I GET A REFUND?

Nah.

• I'M SELLING MY TICKET ... IS THAT ALRIGHT // AM I PROTECTED?

You're more than welcome to sell your pass to a buyer through a third party ticketing provider. Be warned -- as soon as you purchase a SnowGlobe 2018 ticket through a 3rd Party Provider, SnowGlobe and Eventbrite's Customer Service Team are longer able to assist you. Buying / selling through an alternative ticketing provider (anybody but Eventbrite) is and will always be a risk.
