We are very excited to once again be working with Eventbrite

• I HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT MY TICKET ... 

You can contact Eventbrite through their Support Portal.

• HOW DOES THE PAYMENT PLAN WORK? 

We are very excited to be working with Eventbrite x Affirm for this year's payment plans. Affirm offers clear, simple financing to split your Eventbrite order into 3 or 6 monthly payments (rates from 10-30% APR). When purchasing your ticket, select 'Monthly Playments with Affirm'  under payment options on the Eventbrite check-out page (from there you'll need to confirm your loan with Affirm). Your tickets will be e-mailed to you immediately upon check-out. Make sure you pay your Affirm bills on or before your due date.

• WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNOWDAY / EARLY BIRD / ADVANCED / REGULAR / LAST CHANCE TICKETS? 

Nothing beyond the difference in price.


The different ticket types listed above don't give you or get you any additional perks -- the names are just an easy way to distinguish between them. You say potato, I say potahto.

• I LIKE TO PLAN AHEAD: WHERE IS THE BOX OFFICE AND WHAT ARE THE HOURS?

The Box Office is located directly outside of the festival entrance -- the tent you'll see when you get off the shuttle / walk into the event. 


• BOX OFFICE HOURS:

12/28: 1PM - 9PM

12/29: 12PM - 9PM

12/30: 12PM - 9PM

12/31: 1PM - 9PM

• I'M PICKING UP MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL / GUEST LIST -- WHAT WILL I NEED?

Bring your order confirmation (sent to you by e-mail from Eventbrite) along with a valid photo ID that matches the name on your order.

• CAN I BUY A TICKET AT THE BOX OFFICE?

A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the box office. Please note that Box Office is credit card only.

• I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR MY SON/DAUGHTER/WIFE/HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND/DOG/FRENEMY --

DOES THE TICKET HAVE TO BE UNDER THEIR NAME? 

Nope! Provided the true recipient of the ticket can pick it up from the shipping address you listed on your order, you're all set!


Once you receive the wristband in the mail, it will come with instructions on how to register it to their name, so whatever's listed on the shipping label ultimately doesn't matter.


If you'd like to change the name associated with the order to give you peace of mind, Here's A Guide On How To Do So. 

• I'M PICKING UP MY TICKETS AT WILL CALL -- BUT THEY INCLUDE A SHUTTLE. CAN I RIDE IT WITHOUT A WRISTBAND?

Yep! You'll be able to ride the shuttle to the festival as long as you have proof of purchase (i.e the confirmation that was sent to you from Eventbrite) to show our staff. Once you arrive at the festival, stop by the Box Office to grab your wristband ASAP as you won't be able to ride the shuttle home without it!

• I'M COMING TO THE FESTIVAL FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY... WILL SHIPPING BE AN ISSUE?

We're happy to have you!


To avoid any issues with international shipping, we'll be keeping all international orders at Box Office will-call. Our ticketing provider will send you an e-mail outlining the procedure as the festival approaches. If you have more specific questions, please reach out to Eventbrite directly. 

• HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY WRISTBAND HAS SHIPPED? 

You will receive an e-mail from Eventbrite when your wristband has shipped. 


This e-mail will include a tracking number so you're able to track your wristband every step of the way on its incredible journey from us to you. You can also reach out to Eventbrite support with any questions about the fulfillment process. 

• I BOUGHT A 3-DAY PASS ... WILL I RECEIVE 3 DIFFERENT WRISTBANDS?

Nope! You'll receive one wristband that's good for all 3-days. 

• CAN I SHOWER WITH MY WRISTBAND?

Yes.

• HOW DO I REGISTER MY WRISTBAND?

• WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY SHIPPED WRISTBAND?

All hope is not lost. Provided you can provide proof of purchase (order confirmation from Eventbrite is perfect), you'll be able to replace your wristband at the festival box office.

Replacement cost is $25 and limited to one replacement per order. 

• WILL SINGLE DAY TICKETS BE AVAILABLE?

A limited quantity of Single Day Tickets will go on-sale as the festival approaches.

• WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH SINGLE DAY TICKETS & THE SHUTTLE?

All single day tickets come with a complimentary shuttle pass.

Your 12/29, 12/30, or 12/31 wristband will get you both on the shuttle and into the festival. One wristband for both shuttle access and admission.

• I BOUGHT A TICKET BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND ... CAN I GET A REFUND?

Nah.

• I'M SELLING MY TICKET ... IS THAT ALRIGHT // AM I PROTECTED?

You're more than welcome to sell your pass to a buyer through a third party ticketing provider. Be warned -- as soon as you purchase a SnowGlobe 2018 ticket through a 3rd Party Provider, SnowGlobe and Eventbrite's Customer Service Team are longer able to assist you. Buying / selling through an alternative ticketing provider (anybody but Eventbrite) is and will always be a risk.
