Make sure you pay your Affirm bills on or before your due date.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN SNOWDAY / EARLY BIRD / ADVANCED / REGULAR / LAST CHANCE TICKETS?

Nothing beyond the difference in price. The different ticket types listed above don't give you or get you any additional perks.

HOW MANY TICKETS CAN I PURCHASE PER ORDER?

You can purchase up to 4 tickets per order. Coordinate with the SG Group Text to make sure your whole squad gets tickets.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE MY WRISTBAND?

Wristbands will begin shipping in late November / early December. The final date for shipment was DECEMBER 7th. Wristbands typically take 5-7 days to ship.

You will receive an e-mail from Eventbrite when your order has shipped.

I ORDERED A WRISTBAND BEFORE 12/7 AND IT STILL HASN'T ARRIVED. HELP!

If you believe that your wristband was lost or stolen, we recommend that you deactivate your existing order and request a replacement wristband to be picked-up at the festival box office Will Call. You'll need to provide your order confirmation (either printed or digital -- on your phone is fine!) and a valid photo ID to pick-up your replacement wristband. Click the pink button below for details on how to request a replacement.

I ORDERED MY WRISTBAND AFTER 12/7 -- WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT?

All wristbands ordered after 11:59PM on 12/6 will not ship in advance and MUST be picked-up at the festival box office will call. Upon purchase, you'll receive a scannable barcode in your order confirmation. Bring your order confirmation with scannable barcode (either printed or digital -- on your phone is fine!) along with a valid photo ID to the festival box office Will Call to redeem your ticket!

I BOUGHT A SINGLE DAY PASS / SHUTTLE PASS AFTER 12/7 -- CAN I RIDE THE SHUTTLE WITHOUT MY WRISTBAND?

Yes, you'll be able to ride the shuttle to the festival without your wristband. You'll need to have your order confirmation available (either printed or digital -- on your phone is fine!) to show the shuttle staff in order to board. PLEASE NOTE -- you will NOT be able to ride the shuttle back from the festival without your wristband. Make sure your stop at the festival box office to pick-up your respective wristband as soon as you arrive!

I BOUGHT A TICKET FOR MY SON/DAUGHTER/WIFE/HUSBAND/BOYFRIEND/GIRLFRIEND/DOG --

DOES IT HAVE TO BE UNDER THEIR NAME?

Nope! Provided the shipping address is the same, you're all set.

If you'd like to change the name associated with the order to give you peace of mind, Here's A Guide On How To Do So.

I'M MOVING... HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Follow this Step-By-Step Guide and invite us to the house-warming party. You can change your shipping address up to December 6th.

I'M COMING TO THE FESTIVAL FROM OUT OF THE COUNTRY... WILL SHIPPING BE AN ISSUE?

To avoid any issues with international shipping, we'll be keeping all international orders at the Box Office will-call. Our ticketing provider will send you an e-mail outlining the procedure as the festival approaches. If you have more specific questions, please reach out to Eventbrite directly.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY WRISTBAND HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive an e-mail from Eventbrite when your wristband has shipped.

This e-mail will include a tracking number so you're able to track your wristband every step of the way on its incredible journey from us to you.

I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH AN EXISTING ORDER...

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET MY SHIPPED WRISTBAND?

I BOUGHT A TICKET BUT CAN NO LONGER ATTEND ... CAN I GET A REFUND?

Nah.

I'M SELLING MY TICKET ... IS THAT ALRIGHT // AM I PROTECTED?

You're more than welcome to sell your pass to a buyer through a third party ticketing provider. Be warned -- as soon as you purchase a SnowGlobe 2016 ticket through a 3rd Party Provider, SnowGlobe and Eventbrite's Customer Service Team are longer able to assist you. Buying / selling through an alternative ticketing provider (anybody but Eventbrite) is and will always be a risk.
