SnowGlobe Box Office Hours (at Horizon Casino Resort)
Festival attendees can pick up wristbands and shuttle passes at the SnowGlobe box office located at the Horizon Casino Resort in Stateline. This box office will open during the following hours:
Tuesday, December 27th: 3pm – 10pm
Wednesday, December 28th: 12pm – 10pm
Thursday, December 29th: 12pm – 6pm
Friday, December 30th: 12pm – 6pm
Saturday, December 31st: 12pm – 6pm

Kirkwood Mountain Resort is officially sponsoring the first 350 VIP SnowGlobe attendees! With the purchase of your VIP festival pass, you’ll receive a free lift ticket to Kirkwood valid from 12/29/11 through the end of the 2011/2012 ski season! 2011 SnowGlobe Shuttle Pass
In order to provide safe transportation for all attendees, we are offering an affordable shuttle service to and from the SnowGlobe site.
*PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO PUBLIC PARKING ONSITE; THEREFORE, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING THIS PASS.
The only way to get to the festival is by purchasing this shuttle pass and hitching a ride with us, or by getting dropped off. If you plan on being dropped off at SnowGlobe, please remember that there will not be a waiting area, and it will be necessary to coordinate a pick-up time with your ride.
The price of the shuttle passes will increase to $30 on Wednesday, December 14, and $40 on Wednesday, December 28. Additionally, we will sell single-day shuttle passes for $15 in advance and $20 starting December 28. Please purchase as soon as possible to get the best rate!
